Orders will only be shipped on business days. Any order placed on a Friday will ship the next business day (usually on Monday). 
Our primary shipping method is CanadaPost as this tends to be the cheapest and most reliable method currently available. If you have a preferred carrier, let us know and we'll arrange it if we can. All shipping rates are quoted at cost, we don't mark them up, so you can be sure you're getting exactly the service you pay for. We will update these prices moving forward as we hope the growth of the business will lead us to provide better prices.

Defective parts will be replace at the discretion of Amp Mechanic. Power tubes that are defective within 15 days may be replaced. Defective pre-amp tubes and all other parts within 30 days of your order arriving may be replaced. A 20% restocking fee will apply to returned items that are not defective and in new condition. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Amp Mechanic is here to work with you, so feel free to contact us with any concerns.
